Renewal of ISO 9001 Certification

HAAGEN meets ISO standard 9001

We are proud to inform you that HAAGEN has successfully renewed our UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification for our quality system.

The classification company Lloyd’s Register Group has certified HAAGEN’s integrated quality management system for another two years. It confirms that HAAGEN meets the international quality standards ISO 9001 as per the external audit held this past November by the quality certification authority.

“The renewal of our certification highlights our commitment and our promise to provide customers with uniform excellent quality all over the world”, says Leon Timmermans, President at the LION Training Resources Group, which includes HAAGEN. “This certification demonstrates that HAAGEN is continuously looking to improve its management system in order to meet clients’ expectations”, he continued.

As part of the certification process, all of HAAGEN’s activities were closely examined by independent external auditors. They focused on quality-related criteria such as customer satisfaction and structured business processes as well as on-site installation of our projects.

In 1994, HAAGEN became the first Fire Training Specialist company in the world to introduce a global quality management system and have all of its activities certified.

The ISO standards 9001 were developed by the “International Organization for Standardization” (ISO). It is the world’s largest developer of international company standards.
